Amber works closely with Adam Kessler, CSCS, a local certified personal trainer. Adam founded Fitness Planning Consultants, Inc. and Sports Conditioning Specialists. He specializes in improving althletes speed and strength.
Amber also works closely with Laura Diamond, NASM, NSCA, also known as "The Fitness Chick", another local certified personal trainer. Laura offers onsite personal training.
