Natalie is a graduate of The Ohio State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition in 2002. She then completed a 900-hour American Dietetic Association approved internship at OSU. Natalie has 6 years experience in clinical dietetics specializing in ICU, Progressive Care, Orthopedic, and general medicine. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Natalie provided one-on-one outpatient education, and taught nutrition courses to patients in cardiac & pulmonary rehab. Natalie is an on staff dietitian for Simply EZ of Columbus providing menu analysis and approval for home delivered meals.

Natalie maintains an active approach to staying current through membership in Dietetic Practice Groups (DPG’s) within the American Dietetic Association including: Food & Culinary Professionals, Weight Management, Diabetes Care & Education, Dietitians in Nutrition Support, Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Behavioral Health Nutrition, & Pediatric Nutrition.
